About The Joint Venture
The GPI-Renaissance Joint Venture brings together the strengths and assets of Greenman-Pedersen, Inc. and Homco Renaissance (HR) in an approved Mentor-Protégé JV (MPJV), approved by the Small Business Administration “All Small” Program. The foundation of the Joint Venture is engineering, design, and construction projects at Fort Meade and other Health Care and Intelligence Facilities. The relationship between the Partners led to the formation of the Mentor Protégé JV in 2020. The JV is listed in the SBA’s approved list of ASMPP joint ventures through the following link:

Homco Renaissance
Homco Renaissance (HR) is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) founded by veteran Gourav (Raj) De in 2015. HR is also certified as a small, minority/diverse, disadvantaged business enterprise in the states of Maryland and Pennsylvania. HR has deep experience in the fields of electrical power engineering, mechanical engineering, plumbing, project management, construction management, and commissioning. In addition to the interpretation and application of IEEE and ASME requirements, HR’s licensed professionals have advanced working knowledge of the NFPA, ASHRAE, OSHA, NETA-ATS, IESNA, TIA/EIA-568, NEC, DVA TIl and DoD UFC/UFGS

Projects
- The JV is currently performing design work as a subconsultant at the Navy’s Indian Head facility.

- HR is performing design engineering services with GPI for the Pennsylvania Department of General Services.
- HR is performing design engineering services for the State of Maryland Department of Transportation, Environmental Services, and Port Administration.
- HR is performing Design Review, CM, Cx, and troubleshooting for a variety of projects at Fort Meade/NSA.
- HR commissioned the new DVA facility at Puget Sound.
- GPI VA experience includes Lebanon and Albany campus locations.
- The JV is pursuing additional work for DVA, NAVFAC, and USACE.
